How to Enroll

Enrollment is now open for 2012-2013 school year!

Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.

New Families set up a user account

Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Your child must be 5 years of age on or before December 1, 2011 to enroll.

After you have completed the online application, download (where applicable) and submit the required forms:

• Registration Packet
  
• Proof of Residency (utility bill, rental agreement or mortgage
  payment)
• Child’s county birth certificate
• Immunization Record
• Kindergarten students only – Dental Assessment Form
• 1st grade students only – Report of Health Examination Form

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned an individual who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, we’ll verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student(s) and the parent(s).


Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
