How to Enroll

Enrollment for the 2012-13 school year is now open!!

Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.

New Families set up a user account

Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that your kindergartener must be five years old by December 2, 2011 in order to enroll.

After you have completed the online application, download (where applicable) and submit the required forms:

• K-12 Registration Packet
  
• Proof of Residency (i.e. The Gas Company or Southern California Edison bill)
  
• If you're not a resident of Charter Oak Unified School District, please secure an Inter District Transfer (IDT) Permit from your resident school district
  
• Legal guardian's ID
  
• Proof of Age (i.e. Birth Certificate)
• Immunization records
  
• High school transcripts (if applicable)
  

Please hand-deliver, email and/or fax the above referenced documents to:

Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
