How to Enroll

Enrollment for SY12-13 is now open!

Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.

New Families set up a user account

Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

Please note that your kindergartner must be five years old by December 2, 2011 in order to enroll.

After you have completed the online application, download (where applicable) and submit the required forms:

• Enrollment Forms Packet
  
• Proof of Residency (i.e. current utility bill in the name of the legal guardian)
  
• Proof of Age (i.e. Birth Certificate)
• Immunization Record

Please bring the Master Agreement Terms and Conditions (pages 4 and 5 in the Enrollment Forms Packet) to orientation.

Please fax or email all other documents (pages 1-3 in Enrollment Forms Packet), Proof of Residency, Proof of Age and Immunization Record.

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned an individual who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, we’ll verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student(s) and the parent(s).


Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
