How to Enroll

Enrollment for SY 12-13 opens on 5/1/12. 

Begin the process of enrolling your student(s) by following the steps below.

New Families set up a user account

Have you already set up an account? Continue your enrollment or check your student’s enrollment status.

As a new Kindergarten student, the child must be 5 years of age by December 2^nd.

After you have completed the online application, download (where applicable) and submit the required forms:

• Enrollment Registration Packet
  
• Proof of Residency (current gas, electric, or water bill &/or notarized landlord verification in the name of the parent/legal guardian)
• Legal Proof of Age (i.e. Birth Certificate, Passport, Statement by the County Registrar or Recorder or Notarized Affidavit from the parent/legal guardian)
• Immunization Record
• Intradistrict Transfer Form (provided by previous school)

Once you submit your application, you will be assigned an individual who will assist you through the enrollment process, answer all of your questions, and conduct your admissions conference over the phone. During this conference, we’ll verify your student's information, relay school policies, and review the responsibilities of both the student(s) and the parent(s).


Upon receipt and successful review of submitted documents your student will be approved. You may review your student’s enrollment status by logging in to your online account.
